was originally born out of Philosophy.
In Philosophy Therapy, we go back to the
roots of these concepts, which allows us
to tailor the treatment to the client,
rather than sticking to a rigid
system. Thus, we believe Philosophy
Therapy can help you enormously with
your OCD, depression, or paranoia, for
instance, as well as give you guidance
in your relationships and allow you to
de-escalate conflicts. That being said,
we encourage you to continue seeking
whatever kind of professional counseling
suits your situation best alongside our
service. Philosophy will allow you to
think more logically about many of the
concepts discussed by your other
therapist(s), but it will not interfere
with them!
